The program features a variety of dances including the fierce Gypsy style of Haydn’s Piano Trio in G major, Hob. XV/25, the passion of Piazzolla’s Le Grand Tango and the disturbing, shell-shocked danse macabre of Shostakovich’s Piano Trio in e minor.
